• You are responsible for the accuracy of all items, prices and discounts you encode.
• You are responsible for protecting your username and password from other people.
• For Premium tenants, WAP POS may suspend access when subscription or trial has expired.
• System features may change or improve over time, but we aim to keep your data safe.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not sign in or let other users access your account.

We value the privacy of your business and customer data:

• Sales, inventory and member information are used only to run your POS system.
• Only authorized users that you create should have access to the system.
• Never share your password or reset codes through chat or social media.
